When return the cartridge to tested, if glimmer indicator lamp the result and doesn’t responsive like we are command to printing, so steps must be done :- Unpluge the usb cable (pc- printer conector cable)
- Unpluge the power cable
- Open the printer cover
- Press the power button and don’t removed
- Connect the power cable to electricity grid
- Hold power button between 5-10 secon then removed
- Press power button again for turn on the printer
- Closed the printer cover
- Wait until the printer normal return
- Ascertain normal printer returns by unpluge power cable and turn on again
- When does printer not show indicator lamp is glimmer so printer is normal
- When does indicator lamp is glimmer repeat the all steps to success.
After several times ink admission fillings, usually cartridge unknow by computer. This matter is posibility because full ink getter sponge. So that sponge necessary washed, then do reset as usual.
